Notes on enjoying Organic Bistro at home...

Let your heated meal stand for a minute after taking it out of the microwave or conventional oven and before you remove the plastic film.  Fluff the pilaf and spoon each part of the meal out of the tray separately onto your plate.  You’ll experience the aroma, healthy portion sizes, color and texture at their best.  Season your meal to taste with your favorite sea salt and freshly ground pepper.  Most of all, enjoy!

 

Cooking Tips

A few things to keep in mind when preparing your Organic Bistro meal:
-    Read the instructions on each meal for optimum preparation – each meal is different and has special instructions
-    Do not pierce film, steam and moisture maintain texture
-    Every microwave is a little different, so cooking times will vary
-    To ensure complete heating of your meal, lightly run your fingers along the bottom of the tray, checking for cool spots.  If    you feel a cool spot, heat the meal for another minute and check again.  Caution as the tray can be hot to touch, so, use this technique with care
-    Serve your meal on a plate
